I am truly blessed to have found Cynthia, who has redefined my image of the perfect realtor. I’ve worked with 4 realtors in the past, and I can sincerely say, Cynthia is of a different caliber. I am an investor and wanted a realtor with investment contacts, ideas, knowledge and ideally, be an investor themselves. Cynthia checked all those boxes. She listened to what I wanted, and got to work right away.

Her experience of 30 years definitely helped - she knows virtually every neighborhood, the pros and cons, what to look out for, etc.
I have never ever seen an agent work so hard on a client’s behalf – right from finding the properties, guidance with inspections, reviewing documents, loans, etc. She is proactive, always readily available (I know I wasn’t her only client but she certainly made me feel like I was), is patient, explains everything clearly, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

She is genuine, has integrity, and is no pushover - she will work tirelessly for her clients. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cynthia – anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent, and I am sincerely grateful to Dave Ramsey and the ELP program.
